The Mind Mage

A young man who's always had a gift for seeing beyond the physical, Daniel was not surprised when he was told by the Fantasma that he was a descendant of Alexander Windermore, one of the Five Warriors and a noteworthy mind mage. When he's transported to Mendala, Daniel puts all of his energies into following in his ancestor's footsteps. The quickening accident sends him five years into the past and because of this, Daniel has plenty of time to learn the art of mentus and quickly become proficient in it. One of his talents is the abilty to copy the mentus that others use, something that very few mentants can do successfully.

Daniel also found Terri, Jandor's sister, when she arrived three years later. Together they searched the planet for their missing comrades with no luck. Finally they built a small home near the city of Riverbed where they lived until Jandor arrived.

Daniel doesn't thirst for adventure or danger but he doesn't shy away from it either. He is one of the few members of the group who takes his role in stride. He has become very attached to Mendala after living there so long and feels that he can make a difference if he becomes a powerful mind mage.
