Dwarf

Dwarves makeup approximately 15% of the world's population. They are shorter than elves and humans but slightly taller than haflings. They all tend to be very stocky and solidly built. They are physically stronger than every other race and have far more body hair than elves and humans. In addition, dwarves tend to have longer hair, nails, and faicial hair than any other race. Their hair turns grey usually in their mid 100s and it tends to be thicker. Dwarves all have a light skin tone that does not tan. There skin is also much more coarse.

Dwarves tend to live in underground caverns or inside mountains. Most prefer cooler climates. They almost always live in isolation from the other races (the most noticable exception being the city of [Eglictor]). Dwarves respect elves for their wisdom, are indifferent to halflings, and usually regard humans as foolish and wasteful. In all cases, however, dwarves see themselves as the superior race. They are strong, wise, and extremely resourceful.
