Step-SiblingsTerri is technically Jandor's step-sister, but this is a distinction that is hardly ever made between the two. They are as close as any blood-relatives. Terri's mother died in a car-accident when she was only 11-years-old and four years later, her father married Jandor's mother. Shortly after they moved to Greengale, Terri's father was diagnosed with an inoperable cancer, and he died when she was 16-years-old. After this second loss, Terri began to rely more and more on Jandor's strength and stability. Though she had a solid relationship with Jandor's mother, the bond was much stronger with her older brother. Terri does not crave excitement and danger like Jandor and though she doesn't openly show her concerns, she often worries that Jandor's lust for adventure will get him hurt one day and she fears the thought of loosing him. It was for this reason that Terri joined the Action and Adventure Club, to make sure Jandor didn't do anything too dangerous and to be a voice or reason to counteract his rash judgment. Jandor often regards her as his conscience, moral compass, and stabilizer. The HealerWhen the A&A Club is sent to Mendala, Terri is quickened approximately 1 year in the past. She was fortunate that Daniel was nearby and was able to find her. He had already spent 2 years on the planet learning mentus and was able to quickly acclimate her to Mendalian life. Terri refused to believe that her friends had died, so she convinced Daniel to travel with her around the world to search for them. Because they had very little money, Terri became a [healer] a skill she was able to pick up easily. She sold her services to pay for their trek. Over the several months that they searched, Terri quickly became an adept and accomplished healer and often preformed her services for free in places where people were sick and impoverished. After almost a year of fruitless searching, Terri and Daniel finally settled down in a small house to live out their time on Mendala in relative peace and seclusion. However, it was not long before their present would catch up with them and Jandor would arrive with news from Fantasma. Terri is an integral part of the group not just because of her healer abilities but also because of her bond with Jandor. He listens to her even at his most stubborn moments, and her kind nature and empathy are a natural balance to Jandor. Jandor is also extremely protective of her, a trait that Terri both appreciates and detests at times. In an effort to prove that she can take care of herself, Terri enlists the aids of two of the best fighters in the group, Alyson and Derrick to train her to be just as capable in battle as they are. Though she knows it will require a great deal of practice and training, she's eager to prove her worth and value to her older brother.
