Traveler QuartzTraveler quartz heightens the power of tuner quartz, which is the primary component of a quickener staff. Because of this, quickeners surrounded by traveler quartz can still quicken as if they were not surrounded by quartz at all. Travelers quartz can usually override the effects of other types of quartz and can make quickening possible in normally quicken-proof places.
