Zenith QuartzOne of the rarest types of quartz, zenith quartz shares many of the properties of desert crystal, except that instead of draining adimus related powers, it suppresses extremely high levels of adimus energy. Zenith quartz caps adimus powers at a certain level. This ability has never been useful to anyone except those in Amos Granton's bloodline. Amos was the first mandant to ever experience dangerously fluctuating adimus levels. This caused severe migraines and other problems. Zenith quartz lined hats were used to control this. Many of Amos' descendants, including Allen Guardman, suffered from the same problems.
